unpleasant smell

no elevator

the hotel had an absolutely horrid smell upon arrival, definitely not the glamorous entrance I expected. lugging my bags up to the 4th floor without an elevator was another delightful surprise. I thought a complimentary bottle of champagne woudl ve been appropriate, given my struggles. how could they not think of their guests' comfort?

The location here is grand, right in the heart of Old Town, and the quirky room designs give it a lovely character. be prepared for a bit of a trek up the stairs, as there’s no lift! a nice stay, just mind the legwork.

Shower presents a serious safety concern for elderly or less mobile guests!!! Electrical sockets positioned awkwardly, making device usage frustrating!!! Room temperature hard to regulate, especially with ineffective window mechanisms!!!

Staying here with friends was awesome! We visited the Royal Castle and St Anne's Church, both just a stroll away. The breakfast was delicious, and the vibes in the quirky rooms were so cool. Plus, you’ll be right on the square—can't beat that location!

We did face some noise from the street outside, especially during the weekend. It could be troublesome if you're not used to some late-night sounds.
